Are pets allowed?

- Despite the fact that we adore our little four-legged companions, we unfortunately do not accept them in the rooms.

- How to get to Clos Saint André?

- The nearest airport is Perpignan, a 30-minute drive from Banyuls-sur-mer.

It is also perfectly possible to come by train. The train station is located not far from Le Clos, just a 5-10 minute walk away.

- What are the check-in/check-out times?

- Check-in is possible between 3pm and 6pm.
- Check-out is in the morning until 11am at the latest.

- Are taxes included in the room price?

- Yes, the tourist tax and VAT are included in the room price.

-Is breakfast included in the room price?

- No, breakfast is an additional service that we offer and is therefore not included in the room price.

- What time is breakfast served?

- Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 10:00 directly in your room at the time you decided the day before.

- What do the breakfasts consist of?

- We serve two types of breakfast:

o A continental breakfast for one person consists of: 2 slices of bread, 1 croissant, 2 jars of jam, 1 butter dish, 1 yogurt, 1 seasonal fruit salad, 1 glass of fresh fruit juice & a hot drink of your choice between coffee, tea and hot milk with cocoa.

An American breakfast for one person consists of: 1 plate of cheese and cold cuts, one egg cooked to your liking, 2 slices of bread, 1 croissant, 2 jars of jam, 1 butter dish, 1 yogurt, 1 seasonal fruit salad, 1 glass of fresh fruit juice & a hot drink of your choice between coffee, tea and hot milk with cocoa.

- Is there a car park on the premises?

- Yes, we provide private and secure parking directly on site. For our motorcyclist and/or cyclist friends, it is possible to store your two-wheelers directly in a garage to protect them from potential bad weather or to ensure complete privacy.

- What are the different products available in the rooms?

- We provide our customers with sheets, towels and bath products, toilet paper and also make available water, tea & coffee with the necessary supplies to quench your thirst directly in your room.

-Are the rooms suitable for children?

- All of our rooms can accommodate children, subject to room capacity. We can also provide a baby cot upon request.

However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that some rooms are better suited than others to accommodate these needs. The Armenn suite is the most suitable, offering privacy, space, and a separate bedroom.
